Standard
Air Pressure Regulator
Each Pneumatic operated
equipment or instrument operates efficiently
at a particular pressure. As line pressure fluctuates
and is maintained at high pressure use of regulator
facilitates the operation by reducing and maintaining
uniform pressure.
SALIENT FEATURES
Extruded
Aluminum Alloy body and
nylon reinforce diaphragm
give instantaneous response.
Balanced
valve disc, big orifice
provides minimum pressure
droop for high flow capacities
(High Capacity series).
Large diaphragm
area enables effective
and sensitive pressure
control.
Self-relieving

Ultralow
Pressure Regulator
Ultra Low Pressure Regulators
are used where very low (mmWC) and stable
output pressures are desired.
These regulators are very
sensitive to incoming pressure fluctuations.
A very large diaphragm area to orifice ratio
provides very stable control in ultra low-pressure
range.

Backpressure
Regulator
Back Pressure regulators
are ideally suited for Pneumatic circuits
which have to have over pressure relief or
pressure regulation through bypassing excess
pressure. Large diaphragm area increases sensitivity
and decreases differentials between set release
pressure and rest sealing pressure. Pilot
pressure operated regulators also available
on request.

3"
Regulator
3" Regulators
are specially designed for high flow applications
of large compressed air installations. These
regulators provide stable output pressures
at high flow with minimum pressure droop.
Ideal for 3" lines where differential
pressure between inlet and outlet is low.
Suitable for flows upto 600 Scfm.
Standard body construction is
graded C.I. body with brass and S. S. Internals.
Diaphragm is nylon-reinforced nitrile. Seals
are nitrile. Balanced valve disc gives instantaneous
response.
Maximum inlet pressure is 150
PSI (10.6 Kg/Cm2) for C.I. body. For High
pressure C.S./S.S. 304 or S. S. 316 are also
available. Output pressure can be 0-60 PSI
(4.2 Kg/Cm2) or 0-150 PSI (10.6 Kg/Cm2). End
connections can be flanged or threaded.
Pilot type regulators also available
as option
Pilot
Pressure Regulator
These are basically
pressure regulator to reduce and regulate
the output pressure from main line. The output
pressure will be proportional to signal pressure.
The signal pressure can be from another regulator,
transducer or instrument.
Such construction facilitates
mounting of the pilot regulator in remote
place such as at height inside, out into field
and get a controlled output pressure from
main line by providing a signal which is regulated
to desired pressure.
Added advantage of such a regulator
is that output pressure range can be increased
up to 90 % of input pressure. Also, by replacing
regulating spring with a regulated pressure
signal, hysterisis, which is an inherent characteristic
of spring-operated regulator, can be eliminated.

Volume Booster
Volume Booster are widely
used in instrumentation where volumetrically
weak signal is not sufficient to directly
operate valve or other equipments. When the
supply pressure is connected to the volume
booster and signal pressure is applied the
resultant output pressure will be in 1:1 proportion
to the signal pressure but the volume will
be much larger, which can be directly used
to operate valves or any other equipment.

Automatic Signal Relay
Automatic Signal Relay is designed to automatically
lock-up the transmitted signal when the supply
pressure fails. The lock-up will occur when
the supply falls to 2 PSIG above signal pressure.
When the supply pressure is restored, this
model lock-up relay will automatically reset
and assume normal operation.
All of the internal flow passages
are full standard 1/4" schedule 40 I.D.
that give this model relay an unrestricted
flow. This high flow characteristic allows
this model to be used in series with a controller
or I/P transducer to feed a signal directly
to a valve.
